If you have private health insurance you can claim back a portion of your consultation and adjustment sessions depending on the conditions of your insurance providers plan.


If you need to have a spinal X-ray this will be free of charge as it will be bulk billed to medicare; you just need to bring your medicare card with you to your first appointment.

Unfortunately we do not have a hicaps machine on site but we do accept Cash, Eftpos, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation fees apply: There is a 50% cancellation fee on all services when cancelled within 24 hours.

During our first consultation, if X-rays are needed you will be sent to our partner pathologists 5 min walk from the office for X-rays (This service is free of charge as it is covered by medicare and is bulk billed) and come back for a second visit for x-rays analysis and recommendation of care.
Your X-rays and findings will be discussed with you at your report visit where you will find out the results of your initial consultation and X-Rays along with a recommendation of your care and an Adjustment.

Ordinarily you will not receive an adjustment on the first visit  before the chiropractor has been able to thoroughly assess your case. However depending on the case and discretion of the chiropractor some patients will be eligible to receive an adjustment on the first visit.
